2. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time prior to dispatch if:

A product is found to be out of stock

A pricing error has occurred

We are unable to process payment

We suspect fraudulent activity

In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our storefront are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via our payment partners.

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one promotional code may be used per order.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
