1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura & Co website (aura-co.com) and the purchase of products from Aura & Co Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time prior to dispatch if:

• A product is found to be out of stock
• A pricing error has occurred
• We are unable to process payment
• We suspect fraudulent activity

In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on aura-co.com are displayed in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via our payment partners.

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one promotional code may be used per order.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on aura-co.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs and brand identity — is the intellectual property of Aura & Co Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura & Co's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
