This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on aura-co.com and dispatched from our London warehouse. All delivery timescales are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom — no minimum spend required.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Aura & Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail or DPD will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at theauraofficial10@auracofficial.com .Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If goods are damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
